We participated alongside eight other leading Spanish wineries including Chivite, Marqu\u00e9s de Vargas, Pago de los Capellanes, Clos Mogador and Champagne G. H. Mumm.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Millesim\u00e9 is devoted to indulging the senses with a series of Open Bars, Workshops, Cooking Shows, Premium Bars and spaces dedicated to Spanish ham, Spanish delicacies, wines, cocktails, gin and other specialities.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Traditional Spanish cooking was well represented alongside young culinary talents and leading edge gastronomy from the likes of Sergi Arola and Ramon Freixa. Galicia, the home region of Paco &amp; Lola, and Mexico were the featured region and country respectively and both sent strong contingents of their best chefs, winemakers, sommeliers and distillers<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Many of Galicia&#8217;s leading chefs and a good number of Michelin stars were present including Beatriz Sotelo and Juan Manuel Crujieras from A Estaci\u00f3n restaurant; Pepe Solla of Casa Solla; Xos\u00e9 Torres Cannas from Pepe Vieira; and Marcelo Tejedor from Casa Marcelo in Santiago (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=-gpN2DWR_4o\">click here<\/a> to watch a short video).<\/p>\n<p>We had a great time welcoming a steady stream of friends and fans to the Paco &amp; Lola Open Bar. Even the Galician Minister of Culture, Roberto Varela and the General Secretary of Tourism, Carmen Pardo took a moment out from their busy agendas to enjoy a glass of Paco &amp; Lola Albari\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Paco &amp; Lola was also one of five wines selected to participate in the luxurious private lunches prepared for a select group by four of the leading chefs invited to Millesim\u00e9.
