If you are thinking of turning into a chef de cuisine on february the 14th, the star ingredient of you menu may be a Rias Baixas Albari\u00f1o.<\/span><\/p>\n The choice of wine to accompany your dishes is very important as well as a good presentation, Paco & Lola proposes to dress your table with a hearty albari\u00f1o. Any excuse is good to uncork an albari\u00f1o, and if it is to toast for love, welcome. This is your opportunity, a cooking workshop suitable for you! Roc\u00edo Garrido, from the blog La Cocina de Mi Abuelo, will give a \u201cSpecial Valentine’s Day\u201d cooking workshop so that all those who love good food can prepare a menu designed for the occasion.
