Leading Galician chef, Marcelo Tejedor, will present the dish during the fair and the cookbook can be downloaded from our <a href=\"http:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pacolola\">Facebook page<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Paco &amp; Lola will also take part in a wine tasting led by sommelier Xoan Cabanas, who will introduce the participants to leading wines from each of Galicia&#8217;s five denominations of origin.
