Last week we were lucky enough to participate in the media presentation of Moon Cresta‘s  new video clip, «Be Real«. The video clip was presented at the Hotel Nagari, a gorgeous boutique hotel and one of our favorite places in Vigo to enjoy a glass of Paco & Lola.

Moon Cresta are one of the best bands to come out of northern Spain in recent years and this event was the first in a series of collaborations between the band and Paco & Lola’s iWine. The collaboration will see us support Moon Cresta’s concerts, events and any other opportunity we find to mix the eclectic rock and funk sounds of Moon Cresta and the fresh flavors of iWine!
«Be Real» was directed by Ivan Mena Tinoco and the video provides an excellent showcase for the talents of both the band and the director. The song is off Moon Cresta’s second album, “The Sparkling Radiostar & their Lunatic Orcresta”, which was recorded in Los Angeles with Grammy nominated producer and engineer, Sylvia Massy.

Sylvia has worked with stars and legends such as Tool, The Black Crowes, Johnny Cash, Prince, Seal and veteran producer Rick Rubin. The album was mastered at Marcussen in Hollywood who work for groups such as the Rolling Stones, R.E.M, Jet and Ben Harper amongst many others.

After the press conference and video clip we opened some bottles of Paco & Lola’s iWine, enjoyed the cool, fresh flavors and downed some delicious finger food while rocking with Moon Cresta.
