For this Christmas Eve we are getting off the usual Christmas menu and going for a creative, innovative and surprising dinner in order to have fun trying new things and enjoy Paco & Lola wines and liquor. In order to achieve this we have selected some mouthwatering recipes from some of the best blogs on gastronomy, whom we want to thank for their inspiration and generosity. You will find links to the original recipe on the side of each dish so that you can get down to work.
As starters to be taken with Paco & Lola albariño:

Starter and main course to pair with a bottle of chilled iWine:
